WHA helps Barrow County place 5th in GA in Census Completion
The Winder Housing Authority assisted the Barrow County Complete Count Committee, lead by Barrow County Family Connection, in finishing 5th in the state of Georgia in Census completion. Susan Newberry took the lead in informing WHA residents about the various ways that residents can complete the 2020 Census.
