April is Fair Housing Month, and 2023 marks the 55th anniversary of the passing of the Fair Housing Act, the civil rights law signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson on April 11, 1968. This law made any discrimination in housing transactions against the law.

We completed the Dress for Success training for teens who are Winder Housing residents this past Saturday. The teens dressed for mock interviews and met with mentors who are successful in their prospective career fields. We ended the night with a celebration for those who completed the course.
