I will say since Winder Housing Authority has introduced the tenant portal it has been pretty easy experience. Also, it’s very easy navigating the tenant portal like being able to make rent payments, uploading documents, and being able to review your leasing agreement as well. The Winder Housing Authority portal was a great idea and very convenient to incoming residents. Once the needed documents were updated, all I had to do was log in and upload documents. Staff was very helpful with the process. – Sabrina

I must first give a shout out to the staff at Wimberly Center. For me Wimberly Center in Winder has been a blessing from above. Especially, the Oasis at Wimberly Center which main mission is to connect people with God , through Bible studies, workshops and classes, Books discussions, healthy cooking classes, shared experiences and interests, to name just a few. They have literally created a safe space for me.
